Agreement to Terms
AI Zenox and QIRO AI provide technology-based market analysis, analytics, research, educational tools and AI-assisted functionality.
QIRO AI may include features that allow users to scan or submit charts, select markets and timeframes, review technical market observations, and receive AI-generated analytical scenarios.
Collectively, our websites, AI Zenox, QIRO AI, market-analysis functionality and related products and services are referred to in these Terms as the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Supplemental policies, terms or documents posted in connection with the Services are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will display an updated “Revised” date and will become effective when made available, subject to applicable law.
The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to register for or use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy and any applicable payment, subscription, acceptable-use or other product-specific terms may also apply.
Nature of the Services
AI Zenox and QIRO AI are technology products intended to assist users with market research, technical analysis and educational exploration.
Depending on the product and feature being used, the Services may provide:
- Market information and analytics;
- Technical chart analysis;
- AI-assisted observations;
- Market-structure information;
- Multi-timeframe analysis;
- Chart scanning;
- Technical levels;
- Hypothetical market scenarios;
- Risk-planning examples; and
- Other analytical or educational tools.
Certain QIRO AI features may generate hypothetical entry areas, invalidation or stop-loss areas, target areas, risk-to-reward illustrations or bullish/bearish scenarios based on information available to the system.
Such outputs are analytical and educational information generated by technology and must not be interpreted as personalized financial advice, investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or an instruction or guarantee to enter any transaction.
PayBack Digital Services does not guarantee that any market scenario, technical level, analysis, prediction or AI-generated output will occur.
No Financial or Investment Advice
The Services are provided for informational, analytical, research and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through AI Zenox, QIRO AI, our websites or related Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice.
Nothing within the Services should be interpreted as:
- A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument;
- Personalized investment advice;
- A guarantee of market direction;
- A guarantee of profit;
- A representation that any trading strategy will be successful; or
- A substitute for independent professional advice where such advice is appropriate.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating information and making their own financial decisions.
AI and Automated Analysis Limitations
Some features of QIRO AI and other Services may use artificial intelligence, automated systems or algorithmic processes.
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, outdated or otherwise unsuitable for a user's particular circumstances.
Financial markets may change rapidly, and an analysis generated at one moment may no longer reflect current conditions.
You acknowledge that:
- AI output is probabilistic and not guaranteed;
- Different analyses may produce different results;
- Technical observations do not predict future market performance;
- Displayed levels or scenarios may not be reached;
- Users should independently verify information; and
- Decisions should not be made solely in reliance on AI-generated output.
Market Risk and Your Responsibility
Trading and investing involve risk and may result in partial or complete loss of capital.
Past performance, historical market behavior, technical analysis, AI-generated analysis or hypothetical scenarios do not guarantee future results.
PayBack Digital Services does not guarantee profitability, accuracy, market performance or any particular outcome resulting from the use of the Services.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and risk management.
Acceptable Use
You may not access or use the Services for purposes other than those for which they are made available.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers or networks;
- Reverse engineer or improperly extract proprietary components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Services;
- Use automated systems to overload or abuse the Services;
- Misrepresent your relationship with PayBack Digital Services;
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit restricted content without authorization;
- Upload malicious software or harmful content; or
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law.
We may require identity or other verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Accounts and Registration
You represent and warrant that registration information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and keep your account credentials confidential.

We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, inaccurate or misleading information or accounts used in violation of these Terms.
Submitted Charts and User Content
QIRO AI may allow users to upload, scan, submit or otherwise provide chart images, screenshots, prompts or other content for analysis.
You are responsible for content you submit and must have any rights or permissions necessary to use that content.
You should not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, sensitive or unlawful information through chart-analysis or AI features.
By submitting content for processing, you grant PayBack Digital Services the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that content and provide the requested functionality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You remain responsible for determining whether information generated from submitted content is appropriate for your intended use.
Other areas of the Services may allow users to submit comments, feedback or other User Content.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable policies or applicable law.
Intellectual Property and License
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and their underlying content, including software, source code, databases, functionality, website designs, interfaces, graphics, text, photographs, videos, branding and other materials, are owned by or licensed to PayBack Digital Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, no portion of the Services or our proprietary content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Eligible users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended personal purposes.
You must not attempt unauthorized modifications or access to our systems, software, networks or proprietary technology.
Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with websites, applications, data sources or services operated by third parties.
PayBack Digital Services does not control independent third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or content.
Your interactions with third parties may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Where advertisements or third-party commercial services are displayed, transactions between you and those third parties are made at your own discretion.
Services Management and Security
We reserve the right, where appropriate, to:
- Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms;
- Restrict or disable access;
- Remove prohibited content;
- Protect our systems and intellectual property;
- Investigate suspected misuse; and
- Take appropriate legal or technical measures.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be free from errors, bugs, vulnerabilities or interruptions.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their devices and accounts.
Modifications and Availability
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features or portions of the Services where reasonably necessary.
The Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:
- Maintenance;
- Infrastructure issues;
- Network failures;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Software updates;
- Market-data availability; or
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Information displayed within the Services may occasionally contain errors, outdated information or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such information.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that:
- AI-generated analysis will be accurate;
- Market information will always be complete or current;
- Technical observations will predict future market movements;
- Any hypothetical scenario will occur;
- Any displayed target or invalidation level will be reached;
- Use of the Services will result in profits; or
- The Services will operate without interruption or error.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PayBack Digital Services will not be responsible for losses arising solely from a user's financial or trading decisions made in reliance on information generated or displayed through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may terminate your account through available account-management functionality or by contacting:

Subject to applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access where a user:
- Violates these Terms;
- Misuses the Services;
- Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- Threatens the security or integrity of the Services; or
- Creates legal or regulatory risk for PayBack Digital Services.
Account deletion and retention of associated information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion procedures.
Mobile Applications
Where you access AI Zenox or QIRO AI through a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use that application on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
If you obtain an application through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to the applicable store's terms and policies.
The applicable app-distribution platform may have separate obligations, policies and rights concerning applications distributed through its service.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the mobile applications.
Paid Plans and Subscriptions
Certain Services or features may require a paid plan, subscription or other purchase.
Where applicable, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms and other material purchase information will be displayed before completing a transaction.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable platform's billing, cancellation and refund policies.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or applicable platform rules, access to paid features is governed by the plan selected by the user.
Electronic Communications
Visiting our websites, creating an account, submitting online forms, contacting us electronically or using our Services constitutes electronic communication.
You consent to receiving electronic communications from us where permitted by law.
Electronic agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications may satisfy applicable requirements that communications be provided in writing.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions, together with policies and operating rules referenced herein, constitute the agreement between you and PayBack Digital Services concerning your use of the Services.
Failure by us to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
We may assign our rights and obligations where permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable without affecting the remaining provisions.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or joint-venture relationship between you and PayBack Digital Services.
