Agreement To Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and PayBack Digital Services, concerning your access to and use of AI Zenox, including the AI Zenox website, mobile application, market analysis, and any related services.
AI Zenox provides AI-powered forex and crypto market analysis, analytics, and related research tools. By accessing the Site and/or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental policies, terms, conditions, or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated by reference. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.

Mobile Application
If you access the Services via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these terms.
If you use a mobile application obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, your license is limited to use on a device utilizing the applicable Apple iOS or Android operating system and in accordance with the relevant App Distributor terms of service.
Each App Distributor has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the mobile application. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the mobile application, and you acknowledge that App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions.
